Description:
The hydraulic oil filter housing ZUI-H250X20DFP is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid,bitumen,carbon residue,etc.produced by the chemical change of the hydraulic oil itself,so as to prevent the valve core from being stuck.The blockage of the throttle hole gap and the damping hole,and the rapid wear and tear of the hydraulic components and other faults occur.
The filter has good filtering effect and high precision,but it is difficult to clean after clogging,and the filter element needs to be replaced.
The filter element is made of glass fiber material,which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy,large oil passage capacity,small original pressure loss,and large dirt holding capacity.The filtration accuracy is calibrated by absolute filtration accuracy,and the filtration ratio β3,5,10 20 >200,filtration efficiency n≥99.5%,in line with ISO standard.
