Cleaning method for stainless steel sintered mesh filter element
1. Physical cleaning methods
Heating volatilization method:
Principle: By heating, certain deposits on the filter element are evaporated.
Operation: During the heating process, it is necessary to ensure that there is no residual carbon ash or solid attachments inside the sintered mesh filter.
Attention: The heating temperature should be moderate to avoid damage to the filter element caused by excessive temperature.
Brush cleaning:
Principle: Use a soft brush to clean the surface of the filter element and remove dirt.
Operation: Use a soft brush to gently scrub the surface of the filter element, which can be used in conjunction with cleaning solution to improve the cleaning effect.
Caution: Avoid using hard brushes to prevent damage to the surface of the filter element.
Clean liquid backwash and clean gas blowback:
Principle: Use clean liquid or clean gas to backwash or blow the filter element in reverse to remove dirt inside the filter element.
Operation: Introduce clean liquid or clean gas into the interior of the filter element, and remove dirt through reverse flushing or blowing.
Attention: It is necessary to ensure the purity of the clean liquid or clean gas to avoid secondary pollution of the filter element.
2. Chemical cleaning methods
Oil and alkali washing:
Principle: Use cleaning agents to dissolve and clean the oil slurry on the surface of the filter element, and then use strong alkali to dissolve the catalyst particles inside the filter element.
Operation: According to the composition and characteristics of the oil slurry, select a suitable cleaning agent for cleaning, and then use a strong alkaline solution for alkaline washing.
Attention: It is necessary to choose the appropriate cleaning agent and alkaline concentration according to the specific situation to avoid damage to the filter element.
Organic pollution cleaning:
Principle: For organic pollution, surfactants, enzymes, and other cleaning agents can be used for cleaning.
Operation: Select appropriate cleaning agents for soaking or rinsing based on the chemical properties of the pollutants.
Attention: Choose the appropriate cleaning agent according to the specific situation and follow the instructions for using the cleaning agent.
3. Other precautions
During the cleaning process, it is necessary to maintain a clean and dry operating environment to avoid secondary pollution of the filter element.
After cleaning, the filter element needs to undergo permeability testing and bubble testing to ensure that the cleaning effect meets the requirements.
For long-term use of filter cartridges, it is recommended to regularly clean and maintain them to extend their lifespan and improve filtration efficiency.
