Introduction:

LY48/25W turbine filter element has two main functions in the hydraulic system:

The former type of steam turbine filter element is required to have a sufficiently high filtration accuracy.In principle,it should be able to effectively filter out the size close to the pollution sensitive element.This type of filter element is responsible for the main filtering function of the system,and is generally installed in the pressure oil circuit and oil return circuit of the system. The latter type of steam turbine filter has lower precision,and its main function is to protect individual components and prevent sudden damage or malfunction of components caused by large particles of pollutants entering the components.

The steam turbine filter element uses filter media to separate the container into upper and lower chambers to form a simple filter.The suspension of the steam turbine filter element is added to the upper chamber,and enters the lower chamber through the filter medium under pressure to become the filtrate,and the solid particles are trapped on the surface of the filter medium to form a filter residue (or filter cake).

During the filtration process of the steam turbine filter element,the filter residue layer accumulated on the surface of the filter medium gradually thickens,and the resistance of the steam turbine filter element liquid to pass through the filter residue layer increases accordingly,and the filtration speed decreases.When the filter chamber is full of filter residue or the filtration speed is too low,the filter element is stopped,the filter residue is removed,and the filter medium is regenerated to complete a filtration cycle.
