Brief Introduction:

The high flow liquid filter element XP-G1-6200V is a large 6” diameter cartridge designed to filter liquids from the inside to outside.This design has several advantages.It allows high flow rates to be achieved in a single cartridge,thus requiring fewer filters and a 3 "diameter design compared to a traditional 2.5" cartridge.

XP-G1-6200V is built with a multi-layer w-pleat media design that prevents each fold from folding itself, thus achieving an even contaminant load throughout the fold package.XP-G1-6200V is made of glass medium with a sturdy steel exterior support.External bracing prevents folds from expanding and getting stuck in the cartridge support basket of the container.

Ideal for harsh conditions and demanding applications by improving dielectric integrity under recoil or slug conditions.

• V-seal: 

Ensures complete seal compared to standard O-rings,especially if the support plate or basket is not round.

• Integrated handle in the end cover: 

Cartridges can be replaced without tools,easy and safe replacement, reducing downtime.

• Flow direction from inside to outside: 

Pollutants captured in the filter provide cleaner and easier extraction during the replacement process.

Filter Material:

We make XP-G1-6200V high flow industrial water filter use a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. XP-G1-6200V water cartridge filter have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.

Structure Performance:

The XP-G1-6200V can keep contaminants in the filter element,so the container stays clean.The filter element includes an end cover with a handle,and the patented herringbone sealing technology is adopted to make the filter element and the rotating basket bracket completely sealed.This means tools are needed when there is no seal,making it a safe,user-friendly option while also reducing maintenance time and money.
