Introduction:

The 70" special water filter element for power plant is a filter element that can be washed repeatedly and is specially designed for the filtration of condensate water in power plants.

With the increase of capacity and parameters of generating units (especially supercritical pressure units and nuclear power plants),higher and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of feed water.This is because the increase in pressure and temperature in the thermal system accelerates the oxidation rate of metals in water vapor,and the resulting scale affects heat transfer.

If the corrosion products of iron oxide are attached,the safe operation of the unit will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to minimize the iron content in the feed water!The function of the condensate pre-treatment filter element is mainly to remove suspended impurities such as iron and copper oxides in the condensate water,thereby prolonging the operation period of the desalination device and protecting the resin (especially the anion resin) not to be polluted.This is even more important during the start-up phase of the unit.
