Wire wound filter elements
Wire wound filter element is a deep filtration element used for low viscosity and low impurity quality filtration. It is made by precisely winding textile fiber thread (polypropylene thread, defatted cotton thread, etc.) on a porous skeleton (polypropylene or stainless steel) according to specific processes. It has a honeycomb structure that is sparse on the outside and dense on the inside, which can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in fluids and has excellent filtration characteristics.

6. Polypropylene wire wound filter can be used with non organic solutions such as water, acid, alkali, chemical solutions, etc.
7. The center rod of the degreased cotton fiber filter is made of stainless steel material and is used for organic solvents, water, oil, alkaline solutions, beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc. The operating temperature is 120 ℃.
Main application areas
1. Food industry filtration: such as filtration of edible oil and vegetable oil, filtration of various slurries such as syrup and chocolate.
2. Filtering water: such as pre filtration treatment for medium and large ultrapure water systems, and pre filtration treatment for water used in the beverage industry.
